SHIPPING POLICY

We design and create all of our items in Jeffersonville, Indiana. All in-stock orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

 

Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.  You will receive an email notification with your tracking number once your item has shipped.

If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at info@dilluhlsional.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.

First Class Parcel Mail usually takes three or four days maximum to ship within the US but it not guaranteed. If you need something faster select Express Parcel Mail or reach out for more information.

International Shipping: First Class International can take a little as ten days for shipping or they can take more, depending on the destination. Please reach out to info@dilluhlsional.com if you have any questions. Packages may be charged import duties and/or customs fees; these fees are determined by customs officials and are not included in the shipping cost. You are responsible for any import taxes/duties charged on your items.
